Love you MOM!

66 years ago today was the birth of Janet Lee Pohnke, my beloved mother :) Her open heart and mind gave me ability to explore the depths of my true nature and allowed me to explore what it is that I am here to do. She only suggested ways 

and never pushed me towards her own belief systems on how life should be or what I should do. She loved and nurtured me and those whom were around her. She was always the super cool mom that all my friends adored growing up. She made us laugh and she always made everyone around her loved, respected and just great. It has been 12 years since she left her body, but there has never been a day that I forget about the woman whom inspired me to BE all I can be, to live free and to SEE. Mom, I have taken all the residue of fear that lived in your system and transformed it into love, I have freed myself which i know also frees you. You did great Mom, the ABSOLUTE BEST you could have ever done and I am blessed to see how I can even make it better, you allowed for that higher guidance by not attempting to mold me in anyway. When I have a daughter, I hope you come back as her so I too can give you the gift you gave me and so that you can carry the learning of life beyond me, then I would be happy to come back as your son again (that is if I don't complete the cycles with this incarnation :) Mom, you live in my soul .... and .... one day .... I too .... will be coming home. I love you.

The Platform

The Platform - April 23rd, 2011

For months and months now I have been guided to a vacant platform overlooking the hills of jerusalem for my morning practice. It was as if this small piece of stone slab was placed for me to go into deep meditation and ecstatic Yoga at first light everyday. There was a deep sense of belongingness to this platform that I figured was due to the fact that it was surrounded by nature, but, much to my constant yearning of realization of something greater, I happened upon a connection while walking the dog of a Potential Business Partner here in Israel.

For the last week, we have been having constructive meetings about representation in Israel and the possibility of doing an rather large festival in the near future. On this day, My partner and the potential Israeli partner decided to speak in Hebrew in order for the meeting to move along smoothly. So, after a few 30 minutes of gathering my thoughts I decided to get up, have a stretch and look around the yard.

In the distance, I saw a curious looking canine beckoning me to its 20 meter CAGE. After getting over the fact that the poor mutt was in a cage, I decided to take it upon myself to take the muscular and excited mammal for a walk …. he ended up running me! When I walked/ran outside with the poochie, I looked to my left and SAW MY MORNING PLATFORM! WOW I thought, we are so close to where I meditate in the mornings, what a great thing that would be if we ended up working together, maybe I could come for breakfast …. When I returned, I told the potential business partner about my findings and he mentioned the platform was HIS. I guess I have been attracting him in for some time now. AMAZING!

Restoring the Balance of Nature!!

This was inspired by a beautiful young soldier woman on the way to Sinai, Egypt. Just imagine coming out of a deep rest to see a beautiful woman staring deeply into your eyes. The catch is that she is in a full army suit and has a AK 47 on her hip that is pointing straight at your jewels....the following is what came through......
