Sunrise 365 - Day 85 - h2o Mornings

Did you know that most of the reason for morning Lethargy is due to dehydration? So, what that means is that moving past the getting out of bed blues could be as simple as downing a litter of water when you first awake. This can assist in making the effort to enjoy the first light of day….
